72, of New Port Richey, FL passed Sunday, May 20, 2018. Born June 27, 1945 in Clearwater, FL, he was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. Frank earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida in Accounting and was a founding partner of Stone, Parker and Company C.P.A. He served as Mayor and City Council member of New Port Richey, and the Pasco County School Board, and was a member of the Rotary Club of New Port Richey for over 40 years. He is survived by wife, Judy Raynes Parker; daughter, Joi Nutting (Michael) and Amanda Parker; sister, Sophia Amorginos; grandsons, Jake, Jess and Jordan Nutting; and great-granddaughter, Quinn Nutting. Friends may call 4-8pm, Friday at Faupel Funeral Home. Graveside services with military honors will be on Tuesday, May 29, 10am, at Florida National Cemetery. Donations may be made to Gulfside Hospice, Morton Plant Mease Foundation, or Pasco Hernando State College.
