Obituary of Christopher Robert Walther

Christopher Robert Walther: beloved son of Robert and Juliann Walther, brother of Patrick Mendillo and Jenifer Mendillo and uncle to Ayla, Alyssa, Kellan and Samantha was called too soon after only 29 years with us. Despite being severely autistic and not being able to speak, Chris was our gentle giant- always ready to hug and give a kiss. Without ever saying a word, he touched so many lives and was a joy to his family. He loved his man cave and watching Barney videos and the game show channel especially Family Feud and The Price is Right. We went every day to Publix and he loved riding in our van. Night-time swims were a great way to cool off and enjoy time together. He had a giggle of pure happiness that was the best sound ever. Knowing he was happy and home meant everything to us. While our hearts are broken we know he is safe and free from all the problems of this earth. He is talking and laughing and in the arms of family that have gone before him. While we would give anything to have one more minute with him, we know one day we will be with him forever.
