Raola M. Berrey, Bear of New Port Richey died at age 76 on April 22, 2021. She was born in Batchtown, IL June 27, 1944 and moved to New Port Richey in 1981 from St. Charles, MO. She was a member of Community Congregational Church in New Port Richey and actively participated in the Arts and Crafts classes at the Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind Services in New Port Richey. Prior to losing her sight, Raola was active in Eastern Star, serving Worthy Matron in both Defiance, MO and New Port Richey. Survivors are her sisters, Lale June Saltzgaver of Lutz and Bertha Lee Schalk of Port Richey, two nephews, one niece, eight great nieces and nephews and 14 great-great grand nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to the Community Congregational Church Memorial Garden or to the Lighthouse for the visually Impaired and Blind in New Port Richey.
